How to Update Online Community (Formerly Listserv) Email Preferences
This guide will provide directions on how to adjust the email frequency for the online communities (listserv) you are subscribed to.
Step 1: Log In
Login to your CITE account using your cite.org account credentials at https://community.cite.org/ by clicking “Sign In” in the top right corner. Please Note: Email addresses are pulled from your profile, so please be sure that your email address is up to date to ensure you receive community emails.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile
Click on the arrow pointing down next to your photo or icon in the top right corner, then click on “Profile”.
Step 3:Navigate to Community Notifications
Click on the “My Account” tab and then “Community Notifications”
Step 4: Adjust Notification Frequency
You will be taken to the Community Notifications Dashboard. Here you can select your preferred frequency of emails for each community you are part of for real time, daily digest, or no email. You can also receive daily digests and weekly digests. All changes are saved automatically.
